We are not a sports group, we are strays on pedals who occasionally have a bit of fun together on their bikes. From these outings in total freedom was born the idea of sharing the pleasure of pedaling among clods, hills and the undulating motion of the Apennine mountains with those who do not live here.
We are convinced that the silence of certain streets is a symphony that would have been very much appreciated by the likes of John Cage. Among us there are those who paint, those who photograph, those who write, those who draw on the computer and those who know how to fix the bike properly.
PanSec was born from an idea of: Ennio Sitta, Francesco Ricci, Luigi Ottani, Marco Cavani e Pier Paolo Rebottini.
A special thanks to those who support us and contribute to the success of the event.
